Alchemy IoT

Based in Lafayette, Colorado, Alchemy IoT is an industrial asset intelligence company that develops artificial intelligence and machine learning software for predictive maintenance and heavy equipment monitoring. The organization operates a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform known as Clarity, which enables manufacturing, utility, and fleet management operators to track asset health and detect real-time anomalies without requiring dedicated internal data science teams. Prior to its strategic acquisition, the enterprise operated with a team of 15 employees and successfully secured $4 million in seed funding through a financing round led by Aweida Venture Partners. The business was subsequently acquired by the Toronto-based computerized maintenance management system provider Fiix, a transaction designed to integrate predictive analytics capabilities into broader industrial workflows following Fiix's $53 million Series C funding. Alchemy IoT was officially founded in 2016 by chief executive officer Victor Perez.
