Founded in 2010 by Anand Lakshman and Anoop Radhakrishnan, AddressHealth is a Bengaluru-based pediatric healthcare provider integrating medical facilities directly into school campuses and dedicated neighborhood clinics. Utilizing a business-to-business-to-consumer model, the organization delivers preventive dentistry, optometry, nutritional assessments, infirmary operations, and mental wellness counseling to students from low- and middle-income urban families. Operating with a workforce of 33 employees, the company has successfully screened over 1,500,000 children across a network of more than 400 partner educational institutions. To finance its clinical expansion and telehealth initiatives, AddressHealth raised a Series A funding round of $1,500,000 led by Gray Matters Capital, alongside prominent investors Omidyar Network and Unitus Ventures. Continuing its advocacy for accessible student care, Anand Lakshman recently highlighted the importance of comprehensive school health services at the October 2024 Hyderabad Educators’ Summit.
