400 Capital Management is a New York City-based alternative asset management firm specializing in structured credit and debt investments across global markets. The employee-owned organization focuses on residential and commercial real estate, consumer finance, and specialty finance markets, generating revenue through management and performance fees. Operating with approximately 60 employees, the firm oversees nearly $6 billion in assets under management for institutional clients, including pension plans, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds.
