From the MilVet Startup Conference to Startup Intros
In February 2025, a chance meeting at the Military Veteran Startup Conference in San Francisco sparked what would become Startup Intros. Tim Hsia saw the potential in Dev Chandra pitched his vision of streamlining introductions for early-stage founders, and Dev immediately recognized the value.
Six weeks later, Dev relocated to SF, and together they launched a company with a clear mission: help early-sage founders get access to pre-seed and seed investors.
