HT Media is one of India's leading media companies, operating across print, radio, and digital platforms from its base in New Delhi, India. The company publishes newspapers, magazines, and operates online media properties, serving over 8.6 million readers daily across various demographics. Its diverse portfolio includes the English daily Hindustan Times, the Hindi daily Hindustan, and the business newspaper Mint, which was launched in partnership with The Wall Street Journal. The Birla family acquired ownership of the flagship newspaper in 1933, with Shobhana Bhartia currently serving as Chairperson and Editorial Director. HT Media Limited was incorporated in 2002 and listed publicly in 2004 on the BSE and NSE.
